A teenager's mind struggles to stand,
Surrounded on all sides by the dreams of parents'
Their own desires torn apart.
Every choice reviewed, every move feared,
Their hopes and aspirations brushed aside,
Trapped in a world of endless stress,
Yearning for freedom, to break the mess.
A heavy cloud,
Blocking out the sunlight, feeling caged and bowed.
They yearn to break free from this suffocating hold,
To discover their true self,
To shake off the chains,
And embrace their own story.
Though the weight may feel too much to bear,
This teenage mind will rise and flare,
And in the face of adversity, they'll find their way,
To navigate the pressures that come their way
