Ingredients:
Loaf of Bread (The one below is used in the recipe)
Amul cheese cubes (3 cubes)
4-5 cloves of Garlic
1 Green Chilli
10 grams of butter (approximately)
Half teaspoon of Oregano
NOTE: THE INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY CAN BE ADJUSTED TO YOUR PREFERENCE!
BASE PASTE:
Grate the garlic
Finely chop the chilli
Make sure that the butter is at room temperature. Take the butter and add in the garlic, chilli, and oregano.
Once everything has been combined, mix it well until a soft, creamy, paste-like consistency is achieved
PROCESS:
Grate the cheese and cut about 6-7 slices from the loaf of bread.
Now layer each piece with the garlic paste prepared before.
Once done, put a generous amount of cheese on each piece and put it over the pan, greased with a little bit of butter, on low-medium flame.
The pan may or may not be covered with a lid.
The slice/slices must be kept on the pan for about 5-10 minutes, keeping a constant check.
After done, sprinkle a little bit of Oregano and Chilli Flakes just for some extra flavour!
