GARLIC BREAD RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • Loaf of Bread (The one below is used in the recipe)


  • Amul cheese cubes (3 cubes)

  • 4-5 cloves of Garlic

  • 1 Green Chilli

  • 10 grams of butter (approximately)

  • Half teaspoon of Oregano




NOTE: THE INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY CAN BE ADJUSTED TO YOUR PREFERENCE!




BASE PASTE:

  • Grate the garlic

  • Finely chop the chilli

  • Make sure that the butter is at room temperature. Take the butter and add in the garlic, chilli, and oregano.

  • Once everything has been combined, mix it well until a soft, creamy, paste-like consistency is achieved

PROCESS:

  • Grate the cheese and cut about 6-7 slices from the loaf of bread.

  • Now layer each piece with the garlic paste prepared before.

  • Once done, put a generous amount of cheese on each piece and put it over the pan, greased with a little bit of butter, on low-medium flame.

  • The pan may or may not be covered with a lid.

  • The slice/slices must be kept on the pan for about 5-10 minutes, keeping a constant check.

  • After done, sprinkle a little bit of Oregano and Chilli Flakes just for some extra flavour!
